Announcement: Temporary Shipping Delays & New Year’s Sale Clearance
From January 20th to February 5th, 2025, our Office and Warehouse will be closed for Chinese New Year workforce leave and most products will be in backorder. Please expect up to 10 business days in order delays, in addition to our regular processing and shipping schedule.
To ease this delay, enjoy a storewide clearance sale of up to 50% off every item.
Note: Sale items are non-refundable, and cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of order placement.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Gents Attire & Co! We're excited that you've found an item you love. Here's a guide to help you navigate through the shipping process smoothly:
Adding Items to Your Cart:
Once you've found your desired Gents Attire & Co item, simply select the color and/or size and click 'add to cart'. You can continue shopping and revisit your shopping cart anytime by clicking the 'shopping bag icon' in the upper right corner. Please note that items in your shopping cart are not reserved until the order is completed.
Completing Your Order:
Ready to finalize your purchase? Click on the 'shopping bag icon' to view your Gents Attire & Co items. In the next screen, you can adjust quantities if needed and proceed to checkout. Our checkout page is designed to make filling in your details a breeze, all on one page.
Shipping Costs:
Good news! Gents Attire & Co covers the shipping costs for all orders. You won't have to pay any additional shipping fees.
*However, please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. As we ship directly from our supplier, our return address is located in China, and returning a package to China may cost $25 or more.
Shipping Times:
We understand the importance of timely delivery. If you place an order before 3 p.m. on working days, we strive to process it the same business day. Since we ship our items directly from our suppliers, the average delivery time is 7-12 business days.
Tracking Your Delivery:
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a link to the order status page via email. You can use this link to track the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the Tracking Page to become available.
Delivery Options:
If you're not available to receive your package during delivery, don't worry! Your package will be held for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). The delivery driver will leave a notification with the pickup location details. After 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. While we strive to expedite processing and shipping, there is a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you believe you've provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We're not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your Tracking Page indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please report this to us. After 14 days from the indicated delivery date, an investigation will be initiated by the delivery courier, and we'll keep you informed throughout the process.
Logistics Delays
Please note that due to the epidemic situation, shipping logistics may experience delays beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience during these challenging times.
